At Narralyze LLC, we are committed to making our website and Narralizer AI accessible to the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility is an important consideration in the design, development, and improvement of our digital services. We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process and are committed to identifying and addressing barriers as our website and product evolve.

Narralyze LLC is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

WCAG provides internationally recognized guidance for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with disabilities.

Our goal is to incorporate these principles into both our public website and the Narralizer AI user experience.

As part of our accessibility efforts, we seek to:

  • Use semantic structure and accessible interface components.

  • Support keyboard interaction with essential functionality.

  • Provide appropriate labels, instructions, and error information for forms and interactive controls.

  • Maintain appropriate text and interface contrast.

  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful non-text content created by Narralyze LLC.

  • Support commonly used screen readers and other assistive technologies where reasonably practicable.

  • Include accessibility considerations in testing and quality assurance.

  • Review reported accessibility barriers and incorporate appropriate improvements into product development.

Accessibility of Narralizer AI

Narralizer AI is an interactive qualitative data analysis application and includes complex functionality for working with documents, research data, analytical tools, visualizations, and AI-assisted features.

We are working to make essential functionality usable through accessible interaction methods and to improve compatibility with assistive technologies as the product develops.

Because software and accessibility technologies continually evolve, some features or workflows may present accessibility limitations. We encourage users who encounter a barrier to contact us so that we can investigate the issue and, where possible, identify an appropriate solution or alternative method of accessing the functionality.

User-Provided and Third-Party Content

Narralizer AI allows users to upload and analyze their own documents, images, recordings, transcripts, datasets, and other materials.

Narralyze LLC does not control the accessibility of content uploaded or created by users and cannot guarantee that user-provided materials will be accessible.

Some features of our website or Service may also rely on third-party technologies or services. Although we consider accessibility when selecting and integrating third-party services where practicable, we cannot independently guarantee the accessibility of content, interfaces, or services controlled by third parties.

Testing and Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time certification.

As Narralizer AI develops, we intend to incorporate accessibility testing into our design, development, and quality-assurance processes. This may include automated accessibility testing, keyboard testing, review of screen-reader compatibility, and manual evaluation of important user workflows.

Automated accessibility tools are useful for identifying certain types of problems, but they cannot identify every accessibility barrier. Manual testing and user feedback therefore remain important components of our accessibility efforts.
