Refund Policy

1. Subscription Services

 

Narralyze is a subscription-based service. When you purchase a subscription, you gain access to the full features of the platform for the term you have selected (monthly or annually).

 

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in this policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

2. Free Trials

 

We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. If you choose to continue using Narralyze after the trial period, you will be charged automatically based on your selected plan.

 

It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be billed.

 

3. Cancellations

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

 

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time on a subscription.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

 

In limited cases, we may provide a refund at our sole discretion, such as:

 

If you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time

If you were incorrectly charged due to a system error

To request an exception, please contact narralyze@gmail.com within 30 days of the billing date. Refund requests must include a clear explanation and any supporting documentation.

 

5. Chargebacks

 

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account. If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.

 

6. Changes to This Policy

 

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the policy. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
