Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation, renewal, and refund terms applicable to paid subscriptions for Narralizer AI, provided by Narralyze LLC (“Narralyze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and any subscription terms presented to you when you purchase a plan.

1. Subscription Services

Narralizer AI is a subscription-based service. Certain features require a paid monthly, annual, or other subscription plan.

When you purchase a subscription, you receive access to the features included in your selected plan for the applicable subscription period.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law:

Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily terminate access during a period that has already been paid for.
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused portions of a billing period.

Any different refund, cancellation, or promotional terms expressly presented when you purchase a subscription will apply to that purchase.

2. Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize Narralyze LLC or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee and taxes at each renewal until you cancel.

Before purchasing a recurring subscription, you will be provided with information about the applicable:

Subscription price.
Billing frequency.
Automatic-renewal terms.
Cancellation method.
Material changes that will occur following any introductory or promotional period.

Where required by applicable law, we will also provide advance notice before an automatic renewal or renewal charge.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time using the cancellation methods made available for your subscription.

3. Free Trials and Promotional Periods

Narralyze LLC may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or other promotional subscription periods.

The terms of a trial or promotion, including its duration and the price that will apply afterward, will be disclosed when you enroll.

If a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, your selected payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before a free trial converts to a paid subscription.

You may cancel during the trial period using the cancellation method provided with your account or subscription.

If you cancel before the applicable deadline, you will not be charged for the subsequent paid subscription.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring Narralizer AI subscription at any time using the cancellation functionality available through your account or another cancellation method provided by Narralyze LLC.

Cancellation will:

Stop the subscription from renewing for another billing period.
Stop future recurring subscription charges after the current paid period.
Allow you to continue using the applicable paid features until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation does not ordinarily provide a refund for time remaining in a billing period that has already been paid.

We will not intentionally require customers to use a cancellation process that unreasonably delays, obstructs, or prevents cancellation.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, expressly provided in the subscription offer, or otherwise stated in this policy, subscription payments are non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds or credits for:

Partial months or years.
Unused subscription time.
Failure to use the Service.
Cancellation after a renewal has already occurred.
Features that a customer elects not to use.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Billing Errors and Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that billing errors and unusual circumstances can occur.

Narralyze LLC may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate, including circumstances such as:

You were charged incorrectly because of a billing or system error.
You were charged after properly canceling your subscription.
You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
A significant technical problem prevented reasonable use of the paid Service and we were unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable period.
Applicable law requires a refund.

Other refund requests may be considered at Narralyze LLC’s discretion.

To request review of a charge, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 30 days of the applicable billing date.

Please provide:

The email address associated with your Narralizer AI account.
The date and amount of the charge.
A description of the issue.
Relevant supporting information, where appropriate.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the account or investigate the transaction.

7. Refund Processing

If Narralyze LLC approves a refund, the refund will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, payment method, and location.

Narralyze LLC cannot control how quickly a bank or payment provider posts an approved refund after it has been submitted.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge from Narralyze LLC is incorrect or unauthorized, we encourage you to contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the issue promptly.

Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution where permitted by applicable law or applicable payment-network rules.

If a payment is reversed or subject to a chargeback, access associated with the disputed payment may be restricted where reasonably necessary while the payment status or account entitlement is resolved.

Fraudulent or abusive use of payment disputes may result in restriction or termination of an account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to Subscription Prices

Narralyze LLC may change subscription prices from time to time.

Changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will take effect no earlier than the next applicable renewal following the notice required by applicable law or our Terms and Conditions.

If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel the subscription before the new price becomes effective.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy to reflect changes to Narralizer AI, our billing practices, or applicable requirements.

When we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

The Last Updated date at the beginning of this policy identifies when it was most recently revised.

Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law and will not eliminate refund or cancellation rights that have already accrued.
